Return Policy

At Jolie Finds, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition.
  • Any included accessories must be returned.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and issue a refund once the item is reviewed.

How to Start a Return

Login to your account
“Click on the order number to start Return Request”
We will reach out if we need any clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after the item is received for the refund to process.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” or clearly identified as non-exchangeable are not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes heavily discounted, clearance, or promotional items. Items like bras and panties are non-refundable.    

Shipping Costs     

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.     

  • For approved defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.          

Defective or Incorrect Items     

If your item is damageddefective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  our support team . We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing refund, a replacement, or another solution at our discretion. We define damaged or defective items as those that are broken, heavily torn, stained, missing key parts (like buttons or zippers), or do not function as intended due to a flaw—not as items that simply don’t fit or aren’t to your taste.   

Please note: If an item is listed with imperfections and you choose to purchase it, it is final sale and not eligible for return or refund. 

Processing Time     

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your item for refund to be processed. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
